Seymour Crossing is hiring a Nurse Scheduling Coordinator to ensure appropriate staffing levels for our residents and team members. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to plan schedules that meet quality, regulatory, and budget requirements.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and clear communication to resolve scheduling needs, including on-call coverage. Indiana QMA or license and state-approved medication administration training are required.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration.
• Indiana QMA or license.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
