Qualifications

• Valid NP or PA license in the state of operations.
• Current board certification in your field (NP/PA).
• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary care in skilled nursing and living communities.
• Perform health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
