HealthDrive is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to manage medical needs of skilled nursing residents in sub-acute rehab and long-term care units. You will diagnose, treat, and promote health, collaborating with medical staff and building relationships with facility administrators and staff.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the state.
- Board-certified in an NP specialty.
- DEA/Controlled Substances license required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assignments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and with on-site staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary, post-acute, and preventative care for residents.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (blood work, imaging).
- Diagnose health conditions and illnesses; treat accordingly.
- Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases.
- Prescribe medications and monitor responses.
- Maintain accurate records and schedules.
- Educate patients about health conditions and medications.
- Oversee overall health of residents.
