Ivy Park Cathedral Hill, an Oakmont Management Group community in California, is seeking a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in medication administration and resident care. You will work with nursing staff to ensure accurate records and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with medication in RCFE preferred.
• Completion of required state training/certification may be required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel).
• Strong desire to care for elderly residents.
• Pass background check and health screening including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate confidential medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
