Qualifications

• Experience with medication administration in a residential care setting preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• HS diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus; may require state training/certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
