Job summary

Morada North Richland Hills is hiring Care Giver/Medication Technician staff for our senior living community in North Richland Hills, TX. The role involves delivering hands-on care and supporting residents with daily activities in a safe, home-like setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, documenting changes, managing medications under supervision, and assisting with meals, mobility, and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required to apply.
• CPR Certification preferred and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care Giver duties: provide hands-on care and support to residents in a safe, home-like environment.
• Observe, report and document changes in residents’ condition and respond to calls promptly.
• Assist with continence management, meals, laundry and cleanliness of resident rooms.
• Engage residents in activities and support daily living tasks as needed.
• Medication Tech duties: assist and observe medications per plan and document administration.

Education

High School diploma/GED

Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred

CPR Certification preferred

First Aid Certification preferred

Previous experience working with seniors preferred
