Morada North Richland Hills is seeking Care/Medication Technicians to join our senior living community in North Richland Hills, TX. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

You will assist with activities of daily living and light medication tasks under supervision, with opportunities for training and advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required; CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe and report symptoms or condition changes and document them.
• Assist with continence management and meal service while maintaining sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas and follow safety precautions.
• Support activities of daily living and engage residents in enrichment activities.
• Assist with medications: observe, document, and restock as needed, under supervision.
