This role involves caring for residents, assisting with medications under supervision, documenting observations, and supporting daily living activities. A CNA certificate and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred, with prior senior care experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and monitor their wellbeing.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and conditions and changes in residents.
• Respond promptly to security system and resident call bells and notify supervisor if care needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation in resident suites and restrooms.
• Serve and collect food trays, report refusals or loss of appetite, and assist with activities of daily living.
