Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real time.
• Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents.
• Maintain medication carts, conduct narcotic counts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct Service & Health Updates and transcribe physician orders.
