The Gardens of Rose Hill is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to safely administer medications, monitor residents, and support the nursing team in a compassionate, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications include a High school diploma or GED, state-approved Medication Aide training (preferred), and 1+ year healthcare experience. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: prepare, administer, and document medications per orders and protocols.
• Health Monitoring: observe and report changes in residents' health and vitals as needed.
• Resident Engagement: build positive relationships and encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Safety & Compliance: follow infection control procedures and maintain organized, secure medication records.
