You will document administration, monitor residents, and communicate with the Wellness Nurse and Nursing Director to ensure quality care.

Distribute prescribed medication and maintain related medical records under supervision.
Present medication to residents and observe ingestion or administration.
Take vital signs and report any adverse reactions to designated personnel.
Document reasons medications are not administered or disposed of.
Assist residents with daily living activities and maintain infection control practices.
