Job summary

Thepelicanlanding is seeking a part-time Resident Care Specialist to provide day-to-day care for residents in a sensitive and professional manner. This includes assisting residents with personal care, performing daily housekeeping tasks, and ensuring compliance with care protocols.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma and a passion for working with seniors. Preferred candidates will have experience with senior care and possess CPR or First Aid certification. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to make independent decisions.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with and around senior citizens.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Respond to resident emergency calls in a timely manner.
• Report changes in resident conditions to the Wellness Nurse.
