Job summary

Watercrest Senior Living Group is seeking a Resident Care PRN Manual Labor position in Sebastian, FL. The role supports medication management and everyday caregiving for seniors, collaborating with the Wellness Director and nursing team to provide high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and a Medication Assistance license or certificate as required by state regulations. Experience in assisted living is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• License/Certificate for Medication Assistance as required per state regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Distribute prescribed medication to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision.
• Present medication and observe ingestion or assist in administration using prescribed procedures.
• Monitor residents for reactions and report any unexpected changes to appropriate staff.
• Document reasons medications are not administered and maintain MOR records.
• Participate in 24 Hour Reports and daily logs as needed.
• Ensure medication accountability and proper handling through shift changes.
