Job summary

Pelican Landing Community Association Inc. is seeking a Memory Care Resident Caregiver (Part Time) in Sebastian, FL.

You will support seniors with daily living, assist with activities, and collaborate with dining and programs to ensure quality care in memory care neighborhoods. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, adherence to safety protocols, and proactive communication with the Memory Care Director and team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• CNA/Personal Care Aide/Home Health Aide preferred.
• License/Certificate for Medication Assistance as needed per state regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks per procedures and standards.
• Review and participate in daily reports and shift handoffs as needed.
• Assist residents to and from scheduled programs and participate in activities.
• Promote residents' choices, independence, and spiritual needs.
• Maintain infection control practices and report hazards.
