Qualifications

• Prior successful experience marketing a skilled nursing facility to local referral sources.
• Manage and maintain systems and processes for patient/resident financial services.
• Meet admissions/marketing census goals.
• Represent the facility to clients, hospitals, and community agencies with good rapport.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain an accurate resident roster.
• Travel to hospitals, clinics, and community organizations to build referrals.

Responsibilities

• Build referral source relationships with hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations.
• Coordinate admissions from home, hospital, or other facility and complete admission documents.
• Promote admissions through community outreach and physician engagement.
• Analyze referrals to ensure resident needs can be met.
• Recruit and credential new physicians to the facility.
• Explain facility policies to residents and families.
• Meet with community organizations to grow referrals.
