Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Hospitality Concierge Coordinator for The Crescent in Sugar Land, TX. This role focuses on welcoming new admissions with personalized service, coordinating rooms, and facilitating communication with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.

The position emphasizes hospitality excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and proactive problem solving in a luxury healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with valid certification.
• Minimum 1 year in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or hospitality-related roles preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or healthcare hospitality is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and service orientation with professional composure.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks calmly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary hospitality contact for new admissions and families.
• Conduct pre-admission welcome calls and provide admission information.
• Coordinate room readiness and patient preferences with facility teams.
• Escort and orient patients and families through admission processes.
• Build relationships and explain facility resources and contacts.
• Perform round visits and follow-ups within 72 hours of admission.
• Document concerns and escalate to appropriate departments.
• Promote dignity, respect, and individualized service.
• Coordinate telehealth visits within 36 hours of admission.
• Facilitate communication among nursing, therapy, nutrition, and admin.
