Job summary

The Manatee County, Florida office of Home Instead is seeking an Outside Sales / Marketer to join our team. You will promote our in-home care services to potential clients and referral sources, drive referrals and client acquisitions, and nurture relationships with hospitals, physicians, and senior care providers.

This field-based role requires a self-starting, consultative salesperson who can conduct in-home consultations, present our value proposition, and support new care starts as needed

Qualifications

• One year experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a field-based role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase referrals and client acquisitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.
• Represent Home Instead at industry events and community meetings.
• Conduct in-home consultations and present Home Instead’s value proposition.
• Maintain CRM records and track KPIs in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement sales and marketing plans.
