Job summary

Crawford Cc is seeking a Community Liaison / Business Development Representative to grow our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers by developing referral partnerships and boosting community awareness. You will network with hospitals, physicians, and families, driving census and quality post-acute care connections.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while traveling across Oil City, Saegertown, and nearby communities to expand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Healthcare marketing, admissions, business development or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing or post-acute care is desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners and case managers.
• Generate new referral sources and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Visit referral partners regularly within the assigned territory.
• Represent facilities at networking events, health fairs, and community functions.
• Educate referral sources about services offered by each facility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and leadership to ensure smooth patient transitions.
• Monitor referral activity, admissions and market trends.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase census and brand awareness.
• Identify growth opportunities within the community.
• Maintain records of marketing activities and referral contacts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to partners, residents and families.
• Travel between Oil City and Saegertown facilities and surrounding communities.

Position Summary

The Community Liaison is responsible for increasing census through relationship building, community outreach, and strategic business development efforts. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for hospitals, physicians, case managers, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other referral sources throughout the Oil City and Saegertown service areas.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping patients transition to high-quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.

• Generate new referral sources while strengthening existing partnerships.

• Conduct regular visits to referral partners within the assigned territory.

• Represent the facilities at networking events, health fairs, chamber events, and community functions.

• Educate referral sources about the services and specialties offered by each facility.

• Collaborate with Admissions, Clinical Leadership, and Executive Directors to ensure smooth patient transitions.

• Monitor referral activity, admissions, and market trends.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase census and brand awareness.

• Identify opportunities for business growth within the community.

• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and referral contacts.

• Provide exceptional customer service to referral partners, residents, and families.

• Travel between the Oil City and Saegertown facilities and throughout the surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, sales, or long-term care preferred.

• Knowledge of skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
