Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a high-energy Community Liaison & Business Development Representative to expand our presence through referral partnerships and community engagement. You will develop sources, educate partners, and drive growth by creating opportunities and maintaining an active pipeline.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, independent work, and results-oriented performance, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, healthcare marketing, community outreach, or relationship management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture new referral partnerships with hospitals, physician offices, rehab centers, senior living communities, case managers and other organizations.
• Grow market presence by representing Home Helpers at events and delivering educational presentations to partners and community groups.
• Generate new business opportunities by executing territory growth strategies and maintaining an active pipeline of referrals.
• Build meaningful relationships by educating partners on care options and community resources, becoming a trusted advisor.
