ElderLife Financial Services in Hendersonville, TN is hiring energetic sales professionals to guide families through financial options for senior living. You will handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and contribute to a mission-driven team.

The role offers paid training, no licensing required, and a base hourly wage with monthly bonuses. Work in-office Monday–Friday 8–5 as part of the Financial Concierge team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced sales, phone-based or call center environments preferred.
• Strong communication with seniors and families during transition to senior living.
• Creative problem solving while ensuring compliance with financial practices.
• Self-motivated with a 10–20 loan pipeline and ability to generate new leads via technology and follow-up.
• Proficient with keyboarding, Google Workspace, Slack and Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Build the loan pipeline for ElderLife Financial's Financial Concierge team or provide information on VA benefits software.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities from inbound inquiries.
• Qualify leads with empathy and prioritize opportunities that meet company goals.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting for smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain records of sales activities using Salesforce and our process.
• Listen to families’ needs to recommend the best financial solutions.
• Paid training, no licensing required.
