Job summary

CareOne Senior Care in Novi is seeking compassionate companions and personal caregivers to support seniors in Novi, West Bloomfield, and nearby communities. This non-medical in-home role focuses on companionship, daily living support, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

You’ll follow each client’s care plan, promote safety and independence, and report changes to the office. The position offers flexible assignments, competitive pay starting at $15 per hour, with specialty assignments up to $22.50

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be reliable, patient, and respectful.
• Must complete required background screening and TB testing.
• Must complete onboarding and required training.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle registration and auto insurance when transportation is part of the assignment.
• Previous caregiving or companion care experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and activities of daily living as assigned.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization.

Do you enjoy helping people and making their days a little easier? CareOne Senior Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to assist seniors in Novi, West Bloomfield, and nearby Oakland County communities.

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, patient, and interested in providing quality non-medical in-home care. Our caregivers help clients maintain their routines, receive assistance with daily activities, and enjoy companionship in a familiar environment.

About the Role

Caregivers provide assistance based on each client's individual needs and assigned care plan. Opportunities may include companion care, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other everyday support.

Duties and Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

• $15–$17 per hour for regular assignments.

• Select specialty assignments paying up to $22.50 per hour.

• Next-day pay options for eligible earnings.

• $150 referral bonus for eligible referrals after 90 days in good standing.
