• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise maintenance program of the physical plant, equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain records of work performed and costs involved.
• Advise and consult with administrator on maintenance and repair needs for structure, equipment and grounds.
• Tactfully and effectively interact with patients and families.
