Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Senior Care Advisor to help assess PACE eligibility and guide prospective participants through enrollment. You will collaborate with clinical teams and outreach associates to move seniors toward enrollment and assist with Medi-Cal applications when needed.

The role involves inbound/outbound calls, lead management, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered service to families and caregivers across our care communities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or 2+ years relevant experience.
• 1+ year of tele sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Medicare Advantage or PACE familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with prospective participants and caregivers to guide enrollment.
• Answer inbound inquiries and conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
• Make outbound calls to online leads to generate interest in WelbeHealth PACE.
• Maintain high quality service on all calls and manage leads effectively.
