Senior TLC is seeking an EHR Administrator in Gastonia, NC to manage CareHub/IntusCare and Elation EMR systems. The role focuses on aligning clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and efficient documentation to support high-quality elder care.

The position requires clinical background, EMR administration experience, and the ability to train end-users across departments. Travel between PACE locations is expected as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required with solid equivalent experience.
• 1+ years experience with frail elderly population; 3+ years clinical in healthcare; 2+ years EMR administration/super-user; training clinical staff preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Member of the executive leadership team for Systems; participates in organizational planning and decision-making.
• Develops and maintains Senior TLC’s technology and data strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Leads, hires, trains, and evaluates Systems department staff; sets priorities and accountability.
• Establishes the department budget and recommends technology investments, licensing, and resources.
