Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Houston seeks a Director of Resident Care Services to lead the Nursing and Care teams across assisted living and memory care. You will oversee clinical assessments, medication administration, and regulatory compliance.

Serving as the Director of Nursing and liaison for residents, families, and staff, you’ll tailor service plans to individual resident needs. You’ll work with our Regional and Corporate teams to cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence in

Qualifications

• Active LVN, LPN or RN license required.
• Minimum two years nursing managerial experience in a SNF, AL, ALZ or Senior Living.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules in 24 hour operation including weekends as needed.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall compliance of clinical services and programs including medication administration accuracy.
• Collaborates with physician offices, ancillary services and internal care teams to deliver quality resident care.
• Completes timely resident assessments and develops the care and service plan.
• Supports day-to-day care and clinical needs as needed.
• Interviews and hires, evaluates performance, coaches and trains staff, and delegates assignments.
