Legacy Healthcare is seeking an Executive Director to lead an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Houston. The role combines strong operational and financial oversight with a deep commitment to resident-centered care and staff development.

The successful candidate will provide visible leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and collaborate with families and healthcare partners to drive occupancy and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living operations.
• Experience managing budgets and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Empathetic, resident-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the community's daily operations.
• Establish and uphold resident dignity, safety, choice and quality of life.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care services.
• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain staff.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Manage operating and financial goals; monitor revenues and expenses.
• Build relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and physicians.
