The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with responsibility for regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of dining services in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent certification; supervisory experience preferred.
• ServSafe Manager certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of the Culinary Department and provide culinary services for residents and staff.
• Oversee kitchen operations, food service staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and control menus, training, and quality assurance.
