Job summary

Springs Gardens Assisted Living in Draper, UT is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to join our health services team. The ideal candidate will hold a CNA license and be available weekends, with shifts Monday–Friday 8:30–5:30 and willing to fill in when needed.

You will lead with optimism, support residents, families, and team members, manage the CNA/Med Tech schedule, coordinate with Home Health and Hospice, and help train new hires while maintaining MAR and medication carts.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA license and experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.
• Weekend availability and willingness to fill in for shifts as needed.
• Ability to maintain MAR and coordinate with Health providers.

Responsibilities

• Fill gaps in CNA/Med Tech schedule; cover shifts as needed.
• Maintain CNA/Med Tech schedule.
• Assist with new hire training as assigned by the administration.
• Maintain MAR, handle medication communications and cart organization.
• Coordinate with Home Health and Hospice Companies.
• Organize monthly In-service training.
• Maintain shift change notes and communicate with administration.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by administration.
