Spring Gardens of Heber is seeking a passionate Resident Care Coordinator to join our health services team in Heber, UT. The ideal candidate will hold a CNA license and be available weekends, with a 8:30 AM–5:30 PM shift, and willing to cover additional shifts as needed.

You will lead with optimism, support residents, families, and teammates, and help maintain a compassionate, customer-service oriented culture across the campus.

Qualifications

• CNA license required.
• Weekend availability to work Monday–Friday 8:30-5:30pm and willingness to fill in for shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Filling other gaps in CNA/Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts.
• Maintaining CNA/Med Tech schedule.
