Healthcare Services Group, Inc. (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will help maintain quality and safety standards while delivering friendly service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a cook or in food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state law.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep kitchen clean.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
