• Ability to estimate quantities and portion meals while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
• Serve meals hot and appetizing, adhering to dietary guidelines.
• Follow standard recipes and make independent adjustments as needed.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
• Supervise other food service staff in the absence of the Executive Chef.
• Work cooperatively with other staff and departments.
