Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in a consultative, client-facing role.
• Ability to guide clients through decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong relationship-management skills with experience supporting clients and families over time.
• Experience owning measurable client outcomes (conversion, retention, service adoption).
• Experience leading structured conversations (discovery, needs assessment, recommendations).
• Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver services effectively.
• Comfort working with structured systems and tools (CRM, Salesforce or similar).
• Ability to spend ~75% of time in the field, with reliable transportation and flexibility for evenings/weekends.
