Job summary

QSL Management in Florida seeks a Personal Assistant for The Blake at Miramar Beach to provide companionship and daily living support to residents in an assisted living and memory care setting. You will assist with bathing, dressing, dining, activities, and light housekeeping, report health changes, and help residents stay engaged.

Qualifications

• Caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required unless state requires.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provides companionship and ADL support (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.).
• Reports changes in health/status and records progress daily.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement activities.
• Light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Assists with dining as needed by leadership.
• Engages residents in activities to keep them engaged and happy.
