Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Blake at Pensacola. You will provide companionship and assist residents with daily living activities, helping them stay safe, engaged, and well cared for.

A caring heart, High School Diploma or GED, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays are required. CNA preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid is a plus. Equal Opportunity Employer with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• CNA certification preferred but not required unless state rule
• CPR/First Aid, preferred
• Must be flexible and prepared to work weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports residents by providing companionship and activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Reports changes in health and status and records progress.
• Assists residents with memory and performance programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining and keeps residents engaged and happy.
