Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Blake at (Community Name), a senior living community in Tennessee. The role focuses on companionship and essential daily living activities, supporting residents with dignity and well-being.

You will document health changes, support memory and engagement programs, and assist with light housekeeping, dining, and social activities. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required unless state rule dictates.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with older adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Report health changes and complete daily progress sheets.
• Assist with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with dining and resident engagement activities.

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for The Blake at (Community Name)

Primary Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:

• Supports our assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living, i.e. bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

Requirements

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirement
• CPR/First Aid, preferred
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred
