Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking a motivated Community Sales Professional in Apollo Beach, FL to partner with healthcare providers and generate client referrals for home care services. You will drive business development by meeting referral sources face-to-face and by organizing local community events.

Ideal candidates have sales experience in senior services, strong communication and CRM skills, and a passion for improving client care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role in home care, healthcare, or related senior services businesses preferred.
• Knowledgeable in healthcare and senior care industries with contacts for biz development preferred.
• Experience with cold calling.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet business development goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, facilities, home health agencies, physicians, etc.).
• Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources to generate leads.
• Plan and organize community marketing events to increase visibility and build relationships.
