SYNERGY HomeCare in Florida is seeking a Sales & Community Outreach Representative to grow our non-medical home care agency through relationship building and business development.

You will develop referral sources, conduct daily outside meetings, and execute targeted sales plans to generate high-value clients while earning commission-based income. The role also offers ongoing training and advancement opportunities within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong networking and referral-source development skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet business development goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, facilities, and physicians’ offices.
• Conduct daily face-to-face sales calls to generate leads.
• Attend networking events and coordinate community marketing activities.
• Generate referrals that convert into new clients and maintain outreach records.
