Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in Englewood, NJ is seeking compassionate Medication Aides/Technicians to support residents with daily medication management. This role operates within our Resident Services Wellness Department, ensuring safe, accurate administration and adherence to physician orders.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, following policies, and maintaining resident safety. Weekend shifts are required, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Alzheimer's disease or dementia is a plus.
• Must hold an HHA certificate.
• NJ state med tech certification is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and administer medications as directed.
• Follow all policies and procedures and the Nurse Shift Supervisor’s and Director of Wellness’ instructions.
• Ensure resident safety and wellbeing while adhering to policies and MARs/doctors' orders.
