Job summary

Los Angeles Jewish Health is seeking a BCSC Clinical Manager to supervise nursing services at the Brandman Centers for Senior Care. Under the Medical Director and Center Director, you will coordinate clinic staffing, ensure compliance with standards, and support ongoing patient care for frail seniors.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, California RN license, three years of nursing experience with the elderly, and at least one year in outpatient supervision.

Qualifications

• Nursing knowledge and clinical skills to care for frail elderly participants.
• Ability to lead an interdisciplinary team in a clinic setting.
• Strong organizational and supervisory capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently and manage complex clinical situations.

Responsibilities
