Job summary

TEEMA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead center operations in a patient-centered environment, overseeing therapeutic activities, transportation, facilities, dietary services, and personal care support. The role emphasizes excellence, compassion, and collaboration to ensure holistic care for older adults.

You will guide staff, ensure compliance with regulations, drive quality improvements, and foster a positive workplace culture while supporting recruitment and training to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of management or administrative experience in healthcare/human services.
• Minimum 1 year working directly with elderly population.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and state-required auto insurance.
• Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.
• Background checks including criminal history, education, license verification, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all center operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Uphold patient rights and dignity through policies, training and daily practice.
• Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and caregivers to meet individual needs.
• Lead and evaluate staff performance while promoting growth and accountability.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and foster data-driven excellence.
• Ensure safety and infection control standards, including OSHA requirements.
