Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year of healthcare experience with individuals (HHA/CNA/DSP) preferred.
• HHA/CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of residents' physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Document daily rounds; observe, report, and document changes.
• Administer medications; assist with treatments; take and record vitals.
• Assist residents with personal care, linen changes, and laundry per schedule.
• Ensure safe personal hygiene and grooming; monitor resident appearance.
• Night attendant coverage may be required to ensure licensing compliance.
• Remain on duty and available during shifts, including breaks.
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents and families.
