Job summary

All Connecticut Home Care Services is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support seniors and people with disabilities in Connecticut. You will assist with hygiene, dressing, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication dispensing, companionship, and errands to improve daily living.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. A valid driver's license and transportation enable flexible coverage; physical tasks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
