Job summary

All Connecticut Home Care Services is seeking a Personal Care Aide for 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, to support seniors and people with disabilities. Duties include assisting with hygiene, mobility, light housekeeping, meals, errands, and medication dispensing, while providing companionship and ensuring a safe home environment.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable, with the ability to follow health and safety guidelines and lift heavy objects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver or home health aide is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical.

Responsibilities
