Commonwealth Senior Living in Virginia is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily activities, maintain dignity, and document care while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Full-time role requiring empathy, physical ability to lift and move residents, and a commitment to our mission of quality senior care. Walk-In-Wednesday events invite potential teammates at the 435 Hamilton Blvd. location.

Qualifikationen

• Compassionate disposition and a desire to serve.
• Ability to fulfill both physical and emotional resident needs.
• Direct-Care certification or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Upholds resident confidentiality.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Demonstrates compassion for seniors and families.
• Proficient with basic office equipment.

Aufgaben

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks per care plan.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Make routine care rounds per individualized care plan.
• Assist with lifts, moves and transport safely.
• Document daily care activities per policy and standards.
• Report resident issues to supervisor promptly.
• Respond to inquiries from residents, visitors and staff.
