As a Senior Care Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide high standards of personal care within a safe, innovative, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Key duties include monitoring residents' wellbeing, ensuring care plans are up-to-date, being involved in person-centred care planning, and supporting residents with their medication needs. You will also conduct staff supervisions and offer support in their development, acting as a contact point for residents and their families as well as health and social care professionals.
