Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Indiana. You will monitor residents, respond to call bells, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain clean, safe surroundings under supervision.

The role includes medication assistance, charting duties, and teamwork with the Health Care Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid preferred and CPR/First Aid certifications encouraged.
• Experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to observe, document and report resident conditions accurately.
• Commitment to maintaining dignity, safety and independence for residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated residents during shift; monitor and check on them.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions and respond to calls.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and care areas.
• Assist with medication-related duties and documentation under supervision.
• Greet and assist residents, families and staff; participate in life enrichment activities.
