Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers and medication technicians to support residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. You will monitor residents during shifts, assist with daily activities, document changes, and participate in medication-related tasks with a focus on safety and dignity.

The positions require a CNA certification preferred, a High School diploma or GED, and a commitment to compassionate elder care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during shifts; monitor wellbeing and assist with daily living.
• Observe, report and document residents' symptoms and changes; respond to call bells and notify supervisors as needed.
• Assist with continence management, meals, activities, and daily room/area cleanliness.
• Assist with medication administration and observe per the Six Rights, documenting as required.
• Maintain confidentiality, restock medications, and follow safety and infection-control practices.

Education

CNA certification

High School diploma

18+ years old

CPR certification preferred

First Aid certification preferred
