National Church Residences in Columbus, OH is seeking Non-Certified Nurse Assistants for a full-time 7p-7a shift. The role provides direct care to residents, assists with daily living activities, and supports nursing staff with vital signs, documentation, and routine tasks.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 2–4 years experience preferred, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Licensure is not required; Windows/MS Office knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled.
• Experience: Two to four years preferred.
• Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills; English reading/writing required.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and the internet.

Responsabilités

• Performs resident direct care needs and assists with daily living activities.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms and living areas; provides restorative care as needed.
• Communicates professionally and follows directions; reports changes to the supervisor.
• Assists with vitals, weights, and documentation; helps in admissions as assigned.
• Adheres to Resident Rights and confidentiality; follows safety and infection control policies.
