National Church Residences in Ohio is seeking a Non-Certified Nurse Assistant to provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities under nurse supervision. You will support routine tasks, maintain cleanliness, and document vitals while upholding residents' rights and privacy.

The role requires basic computer skills, English proficiency, and a willingness to work as part of a care team in a facility environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or in progress.
• Two to four years experience preferred in care-related roles.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Measure and record vitals; collect weights and documentation in chart/EMR.
• Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and assist with new admissions as assigned.
• Provide respectful, patient-centered care and protect residents' rights.
