Job summary

Hillcrest Village, operated by American Senior Communities, seeks a Director of Sales and Admissions to lead referral-source relationships and guide the admissions process for new residents. This role blends healthcare knowledge with sales, marketing, and compassionate communication to support seniors and families.

Responsibilities include educating referral sources, coordinating admissions, and ensuring compliant practices while upholding C.A.R.E. values across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and educate them on facility services.
• Coordinate and manage the admissions process for new residents
